Replaces the browsers built in tooltip with one with a custom background colour.

Checkbox manipulation

These plugins behave differently than the previous version, which is still available for download. The first parameter is for only toggling/checking/unchecking checkboxes that match the expression

Fix Q tags

This fixes Q tags so that they display properly (i.e. are enclosed in quotation marks) in Internet Explorer.
